Refund policy

If you purchased the wrong size, you may return the item within 14 days. Please contact us at aus@zebraathletics.com to arrange a return. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

If the goods you receive are faulty, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. We will cover the return postage costs for these items.

Our returns policy complies with Australian Consumer Law, which provides consumer guarantees that goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match the description provided.

Larger Palletised Items

For larger palletised items such as mats, wall pads, bags, rings, and cage panels, returns will not be accepted unless previously agreed upon in writing by the Company. A written request for returns for credit may be accepted at the Company’s discretion. If the Company agrees to the return of goods, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date.
  • Items must be clearly marked with the Customer’s name and address.
  • Items must be unsoiled, undamaged, and in resaleable condition, or the Customer must cover all costs of replacement or repair.
  • Items must be delivered at the Customer’s expense to the Company’s premises unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Company. 

Please note that goods returned for credit will incur a 25% restocking charge.

Inspection and Claims 

ZEBRA Athletics Australia has the authority to examine any claims, including dispatching an authorized representative to the installation location of the material. This inspection may involve documenting photographic evidence and extracting samples for further technical analysis. If a claim is made for a material defect before installation and an investigation shows that the material is defective, we will replace it at no charge to you.

Additional Information 

References to 'working days' shall mean any day of the week, excluding weekends and public holidays. All delivery dates specified on our website or in any correspondence are estimates only. 

We reserve the right to cancel orders if necessary. If the goods you have ordered are out of stock but the order has been processed, we will let you know by e-mail as soon as possible. 

If you order more than one product, we will attempt to deliver all the goods in one delivery. However, if we need to send the order in multiple consignments, we will do so. 

Ownership of the goods will only be passed to you upon delivery. The goods will be at your risk from the time of delivery, and you should, therefore, take reasonable care of them. 

If the goods or quantity you receive are not as you ordered due to our error, you should inform us by email as soon as possible after you receive the goods and become aware of the error. Any goods you receive in error and intend to return should not be used by you. 

Goods will be delivered to the address you provide in the order process; however, delivery practices may vary depending on which carrier delivers the goods. You must provide a valid address for delivery. The delivery method we use may vary depending on the nature and number of the goods. 

We reserve the right to make alternative delivery arrangements, which will depend upon the carrier we use to deliver the goods. This may include leaving the goods in a safe place on or around your property. 

If the goods are not delivered on the date expected, please notify us within 10 days.
